Summer Camp 2025 FAQ

What Ages?

​

Section 1 is for kids ages 8-11.

Section 2 is for tweens/teens ages 12-18.

For classes within the sections, we split into even smaller groups to provide training at the appropriate levels. There are only a limited number of spots for our summer program to encourage one-on-one attention.

Where is Camp Imagine Held?



Our location for classes & final performances is at the Off-Broadway Players Theater (115 MacDougal Street) in the West Village. The Players Theatre is conveniently located near several subways: take the A, B, C, D, E, F or M trains to West 4th Street.

What Dates?

​

Our program begins Monday July 7th and runs through July 25th 9am-3:30pm. Performances are on Friday July 25th evening and Saturday July 26th morning/afternoon at The Players Theatre.

How Much is Camp Tuition?

​

Cost of the camp is only $1020 for the entire three weeks, and includes FREE headshots for every camper!

What is Our Camper-to-Staff Ratio?

​

Groups for classes consist of an average of 10 kids to 1 instructor. For rehearsals, this becomes 25:3.

Do Campers Have to Audition to Get Into Camp?

​

No, but campers will need to audition to be cast in their roles for our final performances. All campers receive a role, and will audition on the first day of camp. Audition material will be provided in advance.

What is a Typical Day at Camp Imagine?

Do We Have a Wait-List?

​

In the event camp registration fills up before you register, please call or email Imagine Works to be placed on our wait-list. If a camper drops out before camp begins, people on the wait-list will be contacted in the order they were placed on the list.

Do We Have a Payment Plan?

​

Yes! If you would like to set up a payment plan for Camp Imagine, please send us an email at imagineworksinfo@gmail.com  We are happy to create a specialized schedule just for you- weekly, monthly, half, or whatever works best for you!

What Food do We Provide?

​

Campers are expected to bring their own lunch and snacks, including water bottles. Imagine Works does not supply any food. We will have water bottles available for purchase.

When is Camp Drop-Off/Pick-Up?

​

Drop-off begins at 8:15am every morning. Pick-Up is 3:30pm, but if you need to arrange for later pick-up, please email us.
